Virus I can't get rid of

I cannot get rid of this virus on my computer, no
antivirus program is working. Mcaffee keeps poping up
with this message about
C:\windows\fonts\msoffice.hta\00000015.com but when I try
to remove it, it won't let me. I tried manualy finding
this file on my computer and the access is denied. If
anyone knows anything about this please contact me. i
wish you could just send an email directly to the
microsoft support but of course they make you sign up for
all that crap and pay a fee. Someone please help me.

Did you try booting into safe mode and deleting it this way? Just a thought.

Reboot into safe mode then delete virus Tomco

Hi Brock,

You do realize that you have to disable System Restore

before you attempt to clean the partition.

Because if you don't the virus may be lodged in the Sys Res folder

and keeps coming back every bootup.
