Virus goes to?

Hi When a virus infects a computer, does it just go to the primary drive
with the operating system and registry, or does it infect all primary
drives

That depends entirely on the nature of the virus. Moreover, many viruses
(virii?) are buggy, so their effect on any given computer is not always
predictable.

Your best bet is to avoid getting a virus in the first place. Much easier
than cleaning up after it hits you.
