Housecall has detected above virus in my system32 file. I
have followed procedures to correct it. I can delete it
and am able to surf virus web sites. After I shutdown &
restart my computer it is alway back.

Can anyone give me instructions on how I can get rid of
this virus.

It's probably not back, just in the System Volume
Information Folder that houses the System Restore files.

Using windows xp

Boot into safe mode and run the virus scan from there after first
turning off system restore. Then turn system restore back on.
