Virus changing home page url

How do I get rid of it? I've tried a virus scan using Norton, no good. A .dll file seems to be created every time I run explorer (6.0), and every time I delete it it gets re-created so presumably there is a program somewhere on the C drive that creates it. Anyone any tips?
