VIRUS ATTACK

Our WIN2000 Server was hit with the Win32.Protoride.B
virus, have run av and cleaned it. Now when go to the
control panel some things will open and others will not.
Is there any way of restoring the control panel back
without completely reinstalling the server? Thanks for any
help you can give.

I would never trust a server that has been infected by a
virus. It is compromised and can no longer be relied on.

The only reliable way is either restore from disk image of format and start
again. With a server, I don't want any chance of anything left lurking
around. Hopefully it is not your primary, but something like a file server.
