virus attack W32.Resure.38400

any one can tell me .how can i remove this virus from my
network , i am microsoft solution provider , i try mcafee
and Norton with updated definitions files ,but the problem
is not fix my email is (e-mail address removed)

I couldnt find anything about recovery on Symantec site.TRy scanning the pc
..If u have updated antivirus then it must have detected the virus and
disabled access to the file.Try detecting the file and delete the infected
file from PC as well as from recycle bin.Perform full scan again.

It causght several files I buried, that the others didn't
