virtual truck program

every time i start vista i get a message - please insert cd for virtual truck
program, which i belive is something to do with my cable broadband not being
installed correctly the first time. My broadband works fine but this messag
is diving me mad and i cant seem to find anywhere to remove this message.
Please can someone tell me what to do.

I never heard of it before, but I Googled this..

It appears that some ISP's use it to install their broadband service (which
you don't really need to use).
