Chuck

Folks,

I'm running XP Pro with the latese JRE install and having
a tough time getting a new virtual tour product to appear
correctly on our server. It appears fine on our Windows
ME machine, and the XP machine can view the sample tour
on the company's website, but it produces a blank virtual
tour box on our XP machine when viewed from our Linux
server. Here are the links:

The XP machine sees this just fine:
http://www.vrinspection.com/showcase/vtebrochure.htm?
job=Demo_35_Full&closeSelf=true&mode=normal&chromeless=fal
se

The XP machine sees this with errors:
http://www.circletours.com/360VT/jobs/Demo_35_Standard/

The JRE error message reads,
"PanoViewer Copyright 1999-2002 CyberSpace Technologies
calling onFinished()
exited onFinished()
Error: Room.renderer.load.error (0)"

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Chuck

Did you make sure that the XP machine had a Java Virtual Machine installed?

Michael,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the Java Virtual Machine
is installed. It appears to be some errant setting
somewhere on my machine that prohibits me from viewing
the actual virtual tour images on our server. I can view
them on the company's server, and I can view them on our
server with our WIN ME machine. But the WIN XP pro
machine just can't view the VT images on our server. I
pasted the JRE Error message below:

"PanoViewer Copyright 1999-2002 CyberSpace Technologies
calling onFinished()
exited onFinished()
Error: Room.renderer.load.error (0)"

Any other ideas? Anyone?

Thanks,
Chuck
