SYMPTOMS:-

Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is
increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.
During this process, memory requests for some
applications may be denied.


i have tried the windows support and the only thing i
could see i that they suggest is a problem with the
Aventail Connect virtual private network (VPN) , i have
searched for this on my Pc and this does not appear to be
installed,,,
any help please

There is nothing wrong with your system. The paging file is part of the disk that windows is using for more memory. After a while you will not get this message anymore.

Additionally, this problem can be resolved, and overall system performance increased if you just get more physical memory. If it doesn't need to back up the overflow to your hard drive as often your system will run faster and you won't need to keep increasing the size of your virtual memory.
