Virtual Memory

A message keeps coming up saying that my virtual memory is
very low windows will increase then I get a message to say
that the virtual memory has run out go to help but when I
go to help I cant seem to find anything on this subject.
Please can someone help me.

You can optimze the virtual memory in windows 2000 by following the
