Virtual memory too low

I kep getting a message to say 'Virtual memory minimun
too low.....'. I'm a newbie and haven't a clue what this
means. Do I need to do anything? Am I doing something
wrong? Seems to happen a lot when I'm downloading music
files. Can anyone help me with this please?

Right-Click on My Computer, go to Properties, click on the Advanced Tab,
go to Performance Settings button, then click on the Advanced tab and at
the bottom, under Virtual memory, click "change"
