virtual memory increase

Help me find out how to increase virtual memory. I am
having problems staying online when I go to my internet
connection. I just received a new monitor and I am trying
to contact the provider for information and I continue to
recieve this message, increase virtual memory. could you
please help me

headed "Virtual Memory", posted in this newsgroup
some 16 hours ago.
