Virtual Machine Technology

Looking at using Virtual Machine technology for our
Customer Support, Development and testing environments.
If you load XP into a virtual machine on system already
running XP, do you need an additional license for XP?

I would thank you do, but I have heard others saying you
don't.

Technically, yes, as your license allows for one installation on one
machine.

I would assume yes, as the virtual machine would have its own configuration
and be a "virtual" CPU.
Don't take that as gospel, though.
