Hey folks,
I am using OLK2003 on an exchange 2003 server. I am trying to delete a
message in an Outlook inbox. A windows message appears saying that tha email
was found to be viral and could not be cleaned and then it doesn't delete it.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this mail? I tried scanning the mailbox
with Symantec for SMTP, but it came up clean. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Matt

Does SHIFT+DELETE work? Otherwise logon to OWA and see if you can delete it
from there.

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

OWA worked first so that did it. Thanks!
