ViewSonic Monitor Goes Blurry Randomly

Hello,

I've had an MB90 ViewSonic monitor for a few years now and I am very happy
with it. Recently, it randomly gets slight blurry with a ghosting effect
and then goes back to normal. The duration also seems to be random.

I connected it to another PC but it still does it. I've also tried the
Degauss (not really 100% sure what it does) but nothing works.

Is the monitor a candidate for the graveyard?
