viewing sent items in inbox

I work as a pc apps analyst. My company recently converted to Outlook from
GroupWise. Recently, the most frequent question I encounter is "How do I
view my sent items in my inbox." Please assist with the solution.

They state that it is simplifies keeping up with conversations. Outlook 2003.

Thet should disable the option of saving in the Sent Items folder and create
a rule that moves a copy of each sent message to the Inbox.
