viewing pages

I was wondering if anyone can help me? lots of times will clip to open a page
and will get a message saying "can't view page, hit refresh or check
settings". This will even happen to me on msn homepage. I have checked all my
settings, everything looks ok. But still happens.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you use any type of firewall?
Does it happen all the time or occasionally?
