Viewing Other peoples Calendar

When viewing a users calendar, sometimes the following message appears
'Unable to display folder. The inbox folder could not be found'. This error
is intermittent but annoying. We have exchange 2003 and users are using
outlook 2000.

Any suggestions on how this can be dealt with.

From the source machine (where the calendar owner works) share the top level
(Mailbox - {User Name}). Then share the calendar.
