Viewing network computers

#1 computer is connected to the internet and the home network. #2 comp. is connected to the internet through #1. #2 can use the internet as #1 can. Viewing network connections, #2 can see #1, but not access drives, but #1 cannot see #1 or #2 when viewing. It's probably simple, but I cannot see #2 from #1...Ahhhhhh..
 
Reorder connections in Network Connections menu Advanced/Advanced Settings
on the ICS computer #1 - move LAN connector to the top of the list.
