viewing Jpeg files

When I click on a jpeg file I have received in an attachement I can not Open
It.
Error Message says " Application Not Found"

I have clicked on Repair and Edit and it has not helped after going through
the motions

I had the same issue, and discovered that I had to go to control panel,
folder options and change the program associated with jpg files. It was
trying to open with an old software from an old digital camera I had that had
been uninstalled. In windows xp, you may need to change to classic view in
control panel to find the folder options icon.
