Viewing inbox messages

Not sure what happened, but we cannot view our previously read messages in
our inbox. We did not delete them. We can receive new emails.

When you say "can't view" what EXACTLY do you mean?
 
Check your View settings for filters such as display unread messages only.
 
Our read messages are no longer in our inbox & we did not delete them. We can
find them if we do a search. They have not been deleted or put in folders.
Our view filter is off. Thanks for your help
 
Our view filter is off & the messages we have read yesterday & today are
still in our inbox but all messages prior to that are not in the inbox as
they were before. We did not delete them and we can find them if we do a
search but would like them back in our inbox. Thanks so much
 
Correction on the previous email: we CANNOT find our messages when we do a
search. Thanks for your time.
