Viewing images in IE

I've noticed that if I am surfing websites and there is a link to an image,
if I click the image, the image does not show in full size.

If I place the mouse arrow on top of the image, a toolbar appears in the top
left , and in the bottom right is an icon, shaped in a circle, with arrows
pointing to all 4 corners of the screen. The icon says expand to regular
size.

Is there any way that all images open to regular size by default rather then
having to always click this icon.

Thank you

IE allows resizing by placing the cursor over the image. If the image
has automatically been reduced in size, after a few seconds a small icon
will appear at the lower right corner that looks like a button with four
arrows going out from it. Click this "Expand to regular size" button and
the image should become sharper as it enlarges.
This is absolutely normal.

Automatic Image Resizing is turned on by default. But you can turn it on
and off by using the Advanced tab on the Internet Options dialog box.

1.On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2.Click the Advanced tab, and then scroll down to the Multimedia section.

3.Select or clear the Enable Automatic Image Resizing check box.
