Viewing Emails for the near blind.

Hi,

We have a customer who is losing their eyesite. We have done what we can
with the display settings and increasing font sizes but we are still having
problems with text within emails in Outlook 2003. The user is now having to
print out emails to read them but they are now finding this is getting too
difficult. Is there a way to increase the font size of a printed email (HTML
and plain text) and still have it word wrap within the width of an A4 sheet.

Thanks,
Joe

Found the answer:

Open Outlook
Tools, Options
Preferences
Email Options
Tick 'Read all standard mail in plain text' & 'Read all digitally signed
mail in plain text' & OK.
Mail Format
Fonts
Set font 'When composing and reading plain text' to Courier New size 12 or
larger.
