Hi,

I wish to view e-mail that is received using the IMAP protocol as plain
text. I can view the Internet Headers as text, but I would also like to see
the data. Specifically, I wish to look at the encoding of image attachments.
I want to see if it is using Base 64 encoding.

I have tried using 'Ethereal' but this only displays headers.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards
John

Outlook Express's view message source is really the best for that.
(properties, details tab, message source. also in vista and live mail_.

Hi Diane,

Thanks for your reply.

I am using Microsoft Outlook. Is it possible to do something similar with
this client?

Regards
John
