Viewing/answering emails from another location

How do I set up our Microsoft Outlook from our office to my assistant to view
and answer emails from her home computer? (we both have Vista if that is
important to know). We have office Suite 2007.
 
What's more important to know is what kind of mail infrastructure you have.
The mail account type is very important here.
Better is that you ask your mail admin about what kind of functionality has
been made available to you in order to work from home. This differs per
company.
 
we need to know what kind of email service you have- Exchange Server, POP3,
like that...
