Viewing additional mailboxes

I am currently running exchange 2003 with Office 2003 on Microsoft XP. I have
created a new user. Everything seems to work just fine I can send and recieve
emails. I have granted permission to share the mailbox. If I go to "file,
open, other user's folder" I can see their emails just fine. When I go to
"tools, email accounts, View or change, change, more settings, advance, add
the new users" it seems fine and now I can see their mailbox in my list, but
when I click on that mail box I get "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft
Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location". Does any one
have any ideas I can try?
 
What permissions did you grant where?
