I am unable to view the code for websites now. Days ago I
could right click on a website and view code. I know some
sites don't allow this but I am unable to view code on
sites I have built with no restriction. Did something
change? Can I get it back?

Try clearing your Temporary internet files (cache)

You can use WebPage Spy(http://www.webpagespy.com) to view HTML, Script and
StyleSheet source just clicking.
