When I try to bring up the View Source window on web
sites nothing happens. I was able to view the source but
it has stopped. What can I do to fix it?

Try deleting the Temporary Internet Files. To do this, open Internet
Explorer. Click Tools>Internet Options. Click Delete Files; click OK to
confirm. When finished, click OK to close the options window.

Deleting the temporary files fixed the problem.
