View Source Not Working

When I right click the 'View Source' option is available-
but no longer displays the source in NotePad (or any
other application for that matter).

Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?

Does this happen on all websites, or just some. Some websites prevent you
from viewing the source code. You may need to turn off JavaScript to see it.
