View Page Source

Hello
When i go to View+Source my browser no longer opens Notepad and shows the page source. Any idea's as to why? And how do I fix this... Thanks Noel....

Hi Noel,i'm having the same problem,when i try to view
source from either the tool bar or right click menu i get
a window opening up displaying the contents of my desktop
instead of notepad with the expected source.As far as i
can make out it started happening after i d/l the latest
security patch from windows update last weekend.i still
haven't found a cure but hopefully someone will know
whats happened.

What is listed as the program under Internet Options -> Programs -> HTML
Editor?

2 solutions that have worked.

1- Clean your Temporary Internet Files (folders)

2- If you have created a shortcut on your Desktop with notepad, rename it
Npad.
