Do you mean on a message that you receive from someone else? If so, no you
can't (hence the 'B' in BCC meaning 'Blind').
If it's in a message you've sent, go to the Sent Items folder, open the
item, go to the Action menu and choose to Resend the message. You should see
the list of people you BCC'd in the BCC field
