view page within a page

is it possible to have a table with one of the cells filled with dynamic
content from another website?

eg I want to set up a webpage where the left hand side cell of a table is my
content but the right hand cell is of another webpage?

I know it's probably simple but any terms that I search on are bringing up
other topics.

doh of course (lol and I was even working on another site that used
this.....thanks and no I wont give up my day job :)
