Having said that, I don't think you can do anything about this since in
order to view the document, it needs to be [down]loaded into the reader, and
from there it can be printed and saved, so it would be pointless to prohibit
direct downloading from the site. However, you may be able to set the
security of your PDF file in Acrobat and disallow printing there. And while
you are doing that, maybe there is also a setting to disable the Save As
functionality. Either way, it's something you'll need to do for the PDF file
itself.
