I have highlighted some random cells in a 3 columns. Now what should I
do to view only the highlighted cells separately? Please help.

How did you highlight those cells? What do you mean by "view only the
highlighted cells separately"? Exactly what do you want to do or what do
you want to happen? HTH Otto

I have attached a file (Zip format as this forum does not allow XL
format attachment), which might give a clear idea of what I meant. I
this file, I want to view only the cells highlighted by Yellow. How ca
I do that

I won't open your attachment for fear of a virus or destructive code. When
you say you want to "view only the cells highlighted by Yellow", exactly
what do you mean? Do you want all other cells to disappear? Do you want
the highlighted cells copied to somewhere so you can view just them? I just
don't understand what "view only those cells" means. HTH Otto

Yes...I meant that all other cells should disappear. I don't want to
copy these cells to any other place (worksheet or workbook).

As far as the virus threat is concerned, I can only say "Have no fear".
:)

The only way to do what you want that I can think of is to hide all columns
and rows that are not in the block range of the selected cells, then, within
that block range of cells, change the font color to white in those cells
that are not selected.
You said "highlighted" cells. What are you doing to "highlight" the
cells? Color those cells? Select those cells? It would be easier to write
the code if the cells were selected. HTH Otto
