You don't.

As with previous versions of Outlook - Outlook 2007 is not/does not contain
a newsreader.
You still need a third party newsreader.

Outlook 2007 doesn't have a newsreader in it by default. There are some
third party addons that work, but I prefer a different client. Windows Mail
has it built in with these newsgroups.

Also, there are many others, but for a simple and sweet client, Windows Mail
works great.
