View multiple vfb files

How do I view more than one vfb file when I am trying to
schedule a meeting request. I have created a vfb file
each person in the company, but when I go to schedule the
meeting, it is saying that there is no information
available.

Where did you put the .vfb files? What naming convention did you use?
