View is Changed to add field but outlook doesnt display data

I have added the field "Company" to my standard Inbound and Outbound views.
Outlook added a column labelled company to the View, but does diaplay the
company names with the people I sent or received emails from even though that
information is in the contacts file.

I guess you think outlook is smarter than it is... showing UNLINKED contact
fields on a mailfolder will show nothing for that field since there is no way
outlook knows that a MAIL from misterx should show the company of the CONTACT
misterx...
you would have to add that field as custom field to the email database and
enter the information manually or by using a macro for every single mail you
recieve or send
