Rob Giordano \(Crash\)

You're welcome. (I think:)....usually I'm pretty darn sarcastic...well
mostly silently sarcastic

Someday I'll have some Access questions for ya. I've been meaning to migrate
a flat db to Access for oh...maybe 12 years now..I keep putting off
procrastinating

Laughter keeps the nasties at bay.

| Rob,
| Thank you for your helpful, non-sarcastic responses to my questions. I am
a
| self-taught Access programmer and for the past 9 years, I have been
working
| on a database for my business that is now considered one of the best
pieces
| of software, specific to our industry. On occasion, I have needed to post
a
| question to get help with something I was working on.
|
| My questions, sometimes perhaps not sophisticated, have always been
| seriously addressed and left me feeling empowered. Apparently, that is
not
| the protocol in this discussion group.
|
| If the goal of some of your programmers is to make the occasional user
feel
| stupid, unconfident and embarrassed, they have succeeded. Thank you for
your
| help.
