View Entire Outlook Folder Tree

Can anyone tell me how to view the names of my entire
Outlook folder tree? Rather than opening up each folder
to view the name(s) of the subfolder(s) individually, is
there a way to view the names of all my folders and their
subfolders? Maybe something similar to the "list" view in
the OS file view options? At this point I'm not
interested in the files under each folder, but rather the
names of the folders. I just have so many folders and
want to get a handle of what I have.
Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to expand each folder tree individually.

Yes and no.

On my version (O2000 on a laptop with British keyboard), highlight any
folder on the folder tree, hit Function key + "P", which I believe is
equivalent to "*" on the numeric keypad, that entire folder expands. This
seems to work at all folder levels, but not at the "Outlook Today" level.

Function key + ";" (equiv to "-" in numeric keypad) contracts the same tree.
