View Calendar Details

We're using Outlook 2002 and migrating to Outlook 2003. Users still using
2002 are unable to view calendar details of users using 2003.
Anyone know of a setting/config change that needs to occur.
 
Are the users on 2003 using unicode format?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Calstrs user asked:
