View another email address under local folders

Anyone know how to add another email folder in my local folders.
I have 2 that a need to monitor and don't want to keep going back and forth
between the two. I have windows.vista.mail "Windows Mail"

Essentially you cannot, not in the manner you are accustomed to, unless you
are using IMAP instead of POP3. You can however make rules that
automatically categorizes messages.

This request makes no sense if you have two that you don't want to switch
between, why are you wanting a third?? If you mean another email account,
set it up in Tools - Accounts. Get the server info from your email
provider's website Help. All mail from all email accounts is managed from
the same Inbox, Sent, etc. in WM.

Go to Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail and add the other account. If desired,
you can then use message rules to divert mail to that account to another
folder.
