vietnamese char set

Hi guys, you've all been so helpful to me and I really appreciate it. One
more questions (LOL). I volunteered to create a web site for my church and
with your help did... http://www.stpaul-florin.org using FP2003 hosting on
GoDaddy.com Premium with Windows/ASP. Now we [that infamous we] want to
translate one of our pages
http://www.stpaul-florin.org/Parish/office_hours.htm into several languages.

It will appear in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. I'm having
parishioners translate the verbiage from the page, I will then post it using
links at the top of the page, identifying the language by name, which will
lead the visitor to a bookmark down the same page where that translation will
appear. I think I'm OK with the Spanish and Tagalog with the character sets I
have, but I don't have a clue about the Vietnamese.

I could use some really clear, really simple, non-technical clarification
please. This group has always come through for me and I appreciate it so
much. Please, one more time? TIA

Although you can mix languages in a page, for multiple languages it is probably best to create a subweb for each language an apply
the language settings to the subweb and all pages in it

Or at least make separate pages for each language
For Vietnamese pages use
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1258">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="vi">
