Videos will not stream, only the advertisements

If I click on a MSN Video link, the MSN Video page comes up, then the
advertisement plays, and then I get 'transitioning', and that's all. Thanks
for your help.
 
Windows version?

Is this sudden, new behaviour or an ongoing problem?
