Video_TS folder not associated

VIDEO_TS folders are not associated with any DVD player on my computer.
That is normal in WinXP, right?
I know that Power DVD recognizes either the folder name or the files inside
when I select through its menu,.

When I am working with video it would be great if Windows would let me
right-click on a Video_TS folder and choose "open with".
Even better if the main folder was recognized due to the VOB files inside ;)
It is not bad to just drag the folder to my DVD player shortcut, but even
better if I could just double-click :-D
I wonder if i could create a new association in WIN XP..
Anyone have an idea about this?
Thanks

Help: How to Add Items to the
"Send To" Menu in Windows XP
==================================
Try the following:

Create a shortcut to the item you wish to
add to the context menu.
(right click / Create Shortcut)

Place the shortcut in the following folder,
and it will be added to the...Right Click /
Context Menu.

C:\Documents and Settings\>user name<\SendTo
