I am using Messenger v5.0 to video chat to another person
who is on windows 98 and I am using windows 2000. All
works great. When I arrange a video chat with a person
using windows XP I keep getting an error message
saying "Windows XP only talk to Windows XP"

Can any one help?

As I understand it, to use video from XP the other person has to have XP.
Text chat is unaffected.

IF you have Norton Anti Virus Enabled while trying to
Video chat, this will stop you receving video calls
