Hi all
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional
Anti Virus Software : Microsoft Security Essentials
Internet connection : ADSL router.
Computer Specifications :- Manufacturer IT Service’s (Grimsby) ltd.
Machine Type PC compatible
Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU E6600 @ 3.06GHz – 2.53GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (3.24 GB usable)
Operating System: 32 bit
Workgroup MSHOME
Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010
Keyboard: Vivanco Office Keyboard Plus
Mouse: Logitech M505
The problem is getting worse.
Originally I had to keep moving the mouse or the video e.g. Utube or any other would stop playing.
Now I have to keep moving the mouse even to get a web page to download.
Anyone know the answer?
:confused:TJ

It could be your ISP or local telephone exchange having problems.

Also worth doing a full scan with MSE and also downloading Malwarebytes and running that.

Just to be on the safe side.

Evan you were correct, tried Internet Explorer, no problem.
But is a problem for me because I have very many bookmarks set up on Firefox and prefer Firefox to Internet Explorer.
Is there any fix for the Firefox problem?
Floppy, full MSE run every 24hrs + IObit malware

Hi Evan, Floppy,
Can't fix the problem so have switched to Internet Explorer. That works fine.

How odd. Perhaps wait until the next Firefox release, uninstall the old version and install the new, might be a glitch exclusive to the current version.

Solved the problem! Restart Firefox with Add-ons disabled.
Don’t know yet what problems this will cause but seem to be getting annoying advertising (as with Internet Explorer) although the add blocker is enabled.
Anyway it has sorted the original problem.
