I just answered this one last week. Media Player Classic will do the
job. Go to File-Open Device-click on your web cam-click ok, then adjust
video size, my max is 640x480,when you are done making adjustments click
the x to close the left hand menu bar, then at the top click View-Full
Screen. Media Player Classic is free, available at
