Video Screen Capture

I want capture a few stills or screens from a WMV file created in Movie
Maker. I tried a print screen whilst the video was running, but it pastes
all the wmp screen except the actual film bit.
Does anyone have any software info to do this?

Media Player Classic can do it, just pause the movie and save the
image. Wouldn't be surprised if Windows Media Player could do it, too.

Have you tried using the screen capture function in Irfanview?

Never used Irfanview for some reason!
But thanks to all for your suggestions, gonna test it all out during the
week.
