Video Problems after Windows 2000 Update

I have an IBM Thinkpad 570E with Neomagic MagicGraph
256AV video. After doing the latest Windows Updates my
video is streaky and out of sync. I've adjusted the
display setting parameters but it still occurs. Is this
a driver issue, and if so does anyone know where I can
get an updated driver for this video card? Or is it
simply reinstalling the current video driver? thanks....
