Video Playback Issue

Previously, I posted a question regarding flashing at the end of videos
inserted in my PowerPoint presentation. TAJ Simmons responded with a couple
of tips that I tried, but didn't correct the problem. I recreated the videos
in PowerPoint Producer which corrected the flashing, but now, while they play
on my computer, they won't play on the monitor connected to my DVD recorder.
I get a red box. The audio plays, but not the video. How do I resolve this?
